Stephanie Margossian has practiced business, intellectual property, and privacy law at Bay Area boutique firms since 2008. She has guided companies of every variety — from emerging tech ventures to restaurants and fashion designers — through founder disputes, equity negotiations, commercial leases, asset sales, licensing, and CCPA privacy compliance.
